The Republican Party has tackled countless controversies since its birth in the 1850s, but it is hard to find a precedent for the posture it finds itself in today.

Most of what Republicans espouse as a unified minority in Congress comes straight from the party's identical platforms for 2016 and 2020.

But a glaring new feature has been added to the party's agenda at the insistence of former President Donald Trump. Its adoption among Republican candidates and officeholders bespeaks his undiminished grip on the GOP's most passionate voters.

It is, of course, the idea that the 2020 election was somehow stolen — or at least that its true outcome remains somehow in question and should therefore be the central business before the nation.

That false notion lives on, despite most major news media having long since labeled it "the big lie." Perversely, one could argue, it lives on largely because so much of the media calls it that. But more of that in a moment.

While it may be without precedent, it's not without a parallel. There are distinct echoes today of the early 1950s, when false narratives about communism spreading in the U.S. gripped the Republican base because of one man with some personal connections to the Trump phenomenon: Sen. Joe McCarthy.

In my humble opinion, as I read this article, one could connect the NPR piece to current events, specifically the investigation into the corrupt Communist Democrats and their propaganda arm, the Legacy Media, all centered around the RUSSIA COLLUSION LIES and the ongoing coup orchestrated by the COMMUNIST DEMOCRAT PARTY along with their accomplices, the LEGACY MEDIA.

Take a moment to read this article to understand how the Communist Democrats and legacy media have operated from the early 1950s to now, 2025. The situation remains largely unchanged except for one glaring fact: in the 1950s, Democrats denied being Communists, denied any ties to the Communist party, and denied controlling the mainstream media. Media figures, all Democrats, mingled with the top leaders of the USSR's Communist Russia and even attended workshops outside Moscow.

Patriots, the signs are clear: in the 1950s, Democrats were revealed to have communist connections, exposing their corruption and anti-American ties with the U.S.S.R. Soviet Union, akin to Joe Stalin's ideology. The situation remains unchanged, as Democrats continue to work tirelessly to undermine our capitalist society and constitutional republic. They show no respect for law and order, thriving on chaos to advance their agenda. Alongside their propagandist legacy media, they twist lies into truth and truth into lies, a practice they've engaged in for decades.

CONCLUSION

WE MUST POLITICALLY OVERCOME THE COMMUNIST DEMOCRATS AT EVERY LEVEL, OR OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC WILL NO LONGER SURVIVE!
