Please be aware that these NCOs never use the term "illegal." This is why many Americans struggle to associate the word ILLEGAL with these so-called "UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS." The most accurate term should be ILLEGAL ALIENS.

The Legal Term ‘Illegal Alien’

The U.S. Code is a compilation of all U.S. laws. Title 8 of the U.S. Code is titled "Aliens and Nationality." The term ‘Illegal Alien’ appears 33 times in immigration law, while the word 'Alien' is mentioned hundreds of times.

Democrats oppose the term 'alien.' There is no issue with it. Federal law 8 USC § 1101(a)(3) defines it as “a person who is not an American citizen.” An ‘illegal alien’ refers to someone in the United States without authorization, as per United States Code, Title 8, §1365(b). It is illegal to cross borders without permission, work in America as an illegal alien, or remain without authority.

Democrats argue that using the term "illegal alien" is "racist."

NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS (NGOs) ARE SIMPLY A FRONT TO SHELTER AND PROTECT ILLEGAL ALIENS AT THE COST OF AMERICAN TAXPAYERS.

BLUE STATES (SANCTUARY STATES AND CITIES) SHELTER ILLEGAL ALIENS AND SHIELD THEM FROM ICE APPREHENSION.

THE GOVERNORS AND MAYORS OF THESE SANCTUARY CITIES AND STATES VIOLATE FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAW AND SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED, YET OUR DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND THE F.B.I. TAKE NO ACTION. WHY IS THAT?

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that provide services to undocumented immigrants (ILLEGAL ALIENS) often use broader terms like "immigrants" or "migrants," and their services generally focus on legal and humanitarian aid rather than encouraging illegal immigration.

Here is a list of prominent NGOs that provide a wide range of services to undocumented immigrants and other vulnerable groups in the U.S.:

Legal aid and advocacy

  • American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU): The ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project uses impact litigation, advocacy, and public outreach to defend the civil rights and liberties of immigrants, regardless of status. They challenge discriminatory laws and constitutional abuses in immigration enforcement.

  • National Immigration Law Center (NILC): NILC exclusively defends and advances the rights of low-income immigrants. Their work includes litigation, policy advocacy, and providing legal resources.

  • Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES): This Texas-based nonprofit offers free and low-cost legal services to underserved immigrant children, families, and refugees.

BOTTOM LINE

The Department of Justice and the F.B.I. is not doing their job protecting the security of the United States, they are not enforcing immigration laws! We the people must demand that DOJ and FBI enforce our immigration laws, shut down these NGOs, defund them! No more American taxpayer money for NGOs none !

Our immigration laws must be enforced, if the people who run the DOJ and FBI can't get the job done then fire them and hire people who can!

Sanctuary states and cities should be denied all federal funds. Their governors and mayors should be arrested for not adhering to federal immigration laws, for harboring and protecting illegal aliens, and for using taxpayer money to provide illegals with health care, education, welfare, etc.

IT IS TIME WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND THIS SHUT DOWN SANCTUARY CITIES AND STATES
